Ah, G-Spot sex toys. When they’re well executed, they rock my world. The orgasms I get from G-spot toys are often indescribably amazing. And adding clit stimulation? Even better.


So, you can see why I was looking forward to reviewing the Babeland Nubby G. On paper, it has the makings of a great toy; waterproof, quiet, shaped for both g-spot and clitoral stimulation. The only problem is, I couldn’t really get it to follow through with it’s promising appeal.


The Babeland Nubby G measures 4-1/2″ x 1-3/8″, and is kind of “J” shaped. This shape, of course, is meant to stimulate your g-spot. A little shy of halfway down the length of the toy, there is an oval shaped ring with small cilia-like projections around the perimeter that are meant to stimulate the the vulva, anus, and clitoris.


There is a vibrator located inside the toy between the hook of the “J” and the oval shaped stimulator, visible through the clear, blue TPR material the Nubby G is made of. In theory, the vibrations are meant to carry down the end of the J and up into the oval, dually stimulating both areas.


This toy uses two AA batteries. The controls are located at the bottom end of the toy, opposite the J. The bottom cap unscrews, where you will find the battery compartment. To turn the toy on, simply turn the dial that is located right on top of the cap to the battery compartment. And as expected, the vibrations increase as the dial is turned.


Once the dial can’t be turned any more, the vibrations are actually pretty strong! I thought, with these moderately strong vibrations and the g-spot action, I’ll be able to climax with no problem. Unfortunately, I just…..couldn’t. I tried inserting the Nubby G and it seemed to reach my g-spot and my clit ok. The problem I encountered was the TPR was just not firm enough to actually stimulate my g-spot. And unfortunately, internal vibrations don’t do a lot for me. I like a firm g-spot toy that I can thrust….and the Nubby G did not cooperate.


To make matters worse, I could not feel A THING on my clit when the toy was inserted. Everything was in the spot is was supposed to be in, but I could not feel vibrations in the oval stimulator at all.


After 20 minutes of epic frustration and trying desperately to cum with the Nubby G inserted as intended, I gave up. I took it out and set the vibrator directly onto my clit. That was much more enjoyable and I was able to climax pretty quickly.


Le Sigh. I wanted to like the Babeland Nubby G. It has gotten pretty good reviews, so I thought I would probably be in the majority that really liked it, however, it just wasn’t there for me. You may have better luck with the Nubby G, or you may want to check out some of the other amazing g-spot sex toys Babeland carries!


Let’s talk details, shall we?
As noted, the Babeland Nubby G is made of TPR, which is a lightweight, pliable, phthalate free and hypoallergenic material that is easily cleaned with antibacterial soap and water or toy wipes. This TPR blend is safe with both water based and silicone based lubricants, so take your pick! If you’re planning to share, be sure to use a condom. And although I didn’t use it anally, the oval shaped flare makes this toy anally safe…but again, use a condom!


Also, The Nubby G is waterproof! I submerged it, while it was running, for twenty minutes and had absolutely no water leak in. It should also be noted that this toy is quiet. You can’t to hear it behind a closed door, and you really can’t hear it in a shower. Very discreet.


The Babeland Nubby G is a well made toy, that seems to be properly executed. Unfortunately, it just didn’t do it for me.
